Overview
This cylindrical club-ended fruit measures up to 24 inches in length and weighing on average between 30 to 40 pounds. It has a outer green skin with grey stripes and deep orange pulp containing very few seeds. This popular cooking variety, part of the Mediterranean diet, can be used in soups or as a side dish (baked in the oven and then dressed with oil and vinegar).

Maintenance Notes
