We guarantee all plants and decorations to be high quality and true to type. If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your plant order upon pick up you can simply cancel your order and we'll provide a full refund. If you take your product home and it is still alive and intact, you can return it to the store within 3 days for a full refund. We do not accept returns for dead plants.
We do our best to keep inventory up to date on our website but it is possible that the product you order may be taken by another customer in our physical store before we get to it. If your item is not in stock we will contact you to offer you a refund or a substitute.
To request a refund, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. In the subject line, enter “Online Order Refund” with your order number and provide an explanation on why you are not satisfied. Please allow us 48 hours to get back to you. Or you may call us at 516 520 1061. Please have your order number ready. All refund requests must be made within 3 business days from purchase. Your refund request will be processed immediately. However, it may take 2-3 business days for it to display on your credit card statement. You can check the status of your refund on the order summary page. If your refund does not appear and the processing time for your payment method has passed, contact us for further assistance.
You may cancel your plant order prior to pick up from our website for a full refund.
