This is a herbaceous plant found in the wild of Italy. It is very short and has thin serrated leaves which are bright green in color and has an intense aroma. Its strong but pleasant flavor is particularly suitable for salads or on pizza. The plant grows in any type of soil and needs little care. It should be bedded by hand from March to October and protected in winter months with plastic sheeting.
