'Emerald Blue' Creeping Phlox is a fast-spreading, low-growing perennial groundcover that creates a carpet of pale lavender-blue flowers in spring. Extremely easy to grow, its early season blooms last for weeks and attract butterflies. Deer resistant and drought tolerant once mature.
