An extremely early variety. It is very resistant to winter colds thus guaranteeing an excellent harvest. This cauliflower is particularly sensitive to sudden changes in water supply. A vigorous plant that produces a fairly large, round, violet colored head that is well protected by its foliage.

Maintenance Notes
Sowing Period In a seedbed from May to August. Transplant about a month after sowing when the plants are about 8 inches tall. Transplant in rows 28 inches apart leaving 12 inches on the row.
